During a parade, he attracts the curious eye of Isabella Blow , a renowned journalist at Vogue who advised him to launch his own brand. Between eccentric pieces and controversial collections, the "fashion hooligan" was not afraid to impose his vision in the narrow society of the time. Alexander McQueen's unconventional spirit did not please everyone. However, on the sneakers side, he collaborated in particular with the famous brand Puma around a collection of men's shoes.
